Terms of service

What you buy. A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use two web apps, Ad Review and Ads Navigator, in English and in Russian. Payment is one time. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Access. After payment you receive one access code by email. The code opens both apps on your own devices. You also set a short PIN on first use.

Personal use only. Access is granted to one person. Sharing, publishing, reselling or lending your access code is not allowed and ends the licence without a refund.

What you may do. Use the apps for your own business and for the businesses of clients you personally work with. Fill in the worksheets and keep your own numbers.

What you may not do. Copy, republish or resell the content, screenshots or worksheets as your own product or course. Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app content.

Your data. The numbers and notes you type stay on your own device. We do not collect them and cannot see them.

No guarantee of results. The apps explain how advertising platforms work and calculate your own numbers against public industry benchmarks. Advertising results depend on your product, your market and your budget. Nothing here is a promise of sales, profit or a specific cost per result.

Not affiliated. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok or Shopify. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Updates. Content updates are included at no extra cost for as long as the apps are published.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version shown at the time of your purchase applies to your purchase.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
